Description
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Wilsonart ® Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) Panels are a key component of the Wilsonart® Coordinated Surfaces program. When combined with Wilsonart’s vast array of high performance laminate offerings and edgebanding options, TFL Panels complete a suite of products unmatched in the industry for coordinated color, pattern, and finish selections.
Wilsonart TFL Panels are designed for interior use only and have a wide range of applications. Common design elements are decorative wall panels, cabinetry, furniture, and shelving. TFL Panels are well-suited for installations requiring resistance to stains, surface wear, and scratching.
Standard panel widths are 49 and 61 inches. Standard panel length is 97 inches. Custom widths and lengths are available on special order.
Particleboard and Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) core materials are standard, in thicknesses ranging from 3/8 inch to 1-1/8 inches depending on core material. Options include no-added-urea-formaldehyde and moisture-resistant fabrications.
TFL Panels and integral edgebanding are available in over 200 colors and 6 finishes. Wilsonart offers the widest array of designs in the industry – woodgrains, solids, and abstracts. Laminate facers qualify as NEMA LD-3 Type VGL general-purpose laminates, primarily for vertical applications.
